A very common weakness in an organization’s audiovisual landscape is a lack of connection among the various involved fragments, which can all be difficult to translate to an audience without connection. The final, and most vital, step of the process is to purpose the entire audiovisual landscape with the goal of telling your story. Discerning whether or not your story is being well-conveyed can be difficult, thus, requiring intentionality, humility, and accountability in examination, especially following connection and construction. We believe it is an essential duty of a communicator to ensure not only correct communication of a message, but also correct reception of a message, especially when that message is what your entire mission is built upon.
